Randy Hadley, world renowned performance coach and owner of RHFITPRO PERFORMANCE CENTER in Orlando, Florida, has been in the strength & conditioning industry for 15+ years. He has had the opportunity to work with athletes in multiple arenas from around the world at the highest level. Randy’s constant desire to study human movement led to the development of a system and understanding that transcends to athletes of all levels. continues to study, research and develop new and cutting-edge ways of training to give his athletes an advantage in overall health and well-being, as well as top level performances.

 Ghost Player Development Darryl Hardin founded Ghost Player Development in 2014. He has helped develop some of the top high school talent in the country. Working with McDonalds All American Game MVP, Jordan Brand Game MVP, NBA Top 100 camp participants, several ESPN Top 100 players & 4 Stars and 3 Stars, USA U17 & U19 National Team member, Puerto Rico U17 & U19 National Team members, Nike Hoops Summit and etc. Darryl has been the lead developer for 2 NBA 1st Round draft picks, Nassir Little (2019) & Kai Jones (2021). Hardin has worked and spear-headed multiple NBA Pre-Draft Camp. Darryl has worked with over 15 NBA players during their summer trainings with shooting improvements being his expertise. Darryl also has worked with all levels of Overseas Professional. Through 1Family (His Travel Team) and Ghost Player Development, he is responsible for the development of over 70+ NCAA basketball players, some who have been all conference players in power 5 conferences and at the mid major level including 1st Team All ACC, players who have made all freshman teams & 6th man of the year in the MAC and Big 12 conferences. Along with guys who have competed in the NCAA March Madness tournament. Darryl continues to study the game & network at a high level to continually challenge his players and help them improve, believing that basketball is an Art!
